Abstract

The purpose of this training program is to enhance and develop the skill and knowledge about the hotel of the student in the front office department. The program has been started from June 2019 until November 2019. The training program is important for the writer because the writer can get much knowledge about the real hotel industry, the writer can learn how to adapt in work environment, and the writer can practice in the real hotel industry. This report is made to partial fulfillment of the course curriculum and hopefully can give the reader information about the hotel industry. To proceed to the fourth semester, the author must complete the trial and internship first then this report is needed to complete the internship trial. also the writer learns to write an internship report. The author also hopes that this internship report can also be useful for others not only to complete the writer's task so that it can benefit everyone with their individual needs.
