Abstract

The objective of this training program is to improve student skills in the Housekeeping Department. The program has been started since July 2019 until January 2020. The program is very important for the writer because writer can learn in the real hotel industry and experience knowledge directly from the Hotel for self-development. This report is made as fulfillment in the course curriculum and can provide information about the activities carried out by the author or how the real industry works for readers. The problems occur during training programs such as lack of knowledge of the author. However, the problem can be resolved more actively in practice and not ashamed to ask the staff. For more information about this report, it details the procedures and workflow during the training. This document describes all the details about the activities carried out during the training from July 2019 to January 2020. This information can be a reference or comparison for other training programs or curriculum courses on campus.
