Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa apakah terdapat pengaruh positif antara variabel Employee empowerment, Training and education, Teamwork, dan Employee involvement terhadap Job satisfaction dari karyawan Summarecon Mal Serpong. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data primer akan didapatkan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada karyawan Summarecon Mal Serpong kemudian seluruh data yang didapat akan diolah menggunakan software IBM SPSS versi 25. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dari employee empowerment terhadap job satisfaction karyawan Summarecon Mal Serpong, adanya pengaruh positif dari training and education terhadap job satisfaction karyawan Summarecon Mal Serpong, adanya pengaruh positif dari teamwork terhadap job satisfaction karyawan Summarecon Mal Serpong, dan adanya pengaruh positif dari employee involvement terhadap job satisfaction karyawan Summarecon Mal Serpong. Terdapat implikasi mengenai perhatian PT.Lestari Mahadibya terhadap employee empowerment yaitu dengan menerapkan TLS continuum empowerment model dengan berfokus pada invdividual empowerment. Berikutnya perhatian terhadap teamwork yaitu dengan membari alokasi peran dalam kerjasama tim serta menciptakan seorang teamplayer dalam kerjasama tim. Perhatian terhadap training and education dengan melakukan training needs analysis (TNA) sebelum membuat program pelatihan. Implikasi terakhir adalah perhatian terhadap employee involvement dengan menerapkan representative participation dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan dalam memberikan ide.
