Abstract

UKM berperan dalam 99,99% ekonomi Indonesia. Menurut data dari Kementerian Koperasi, industri penyedia makan dan minum (F&B) merupakan UKM terbanyak kedua di Indonesia setelah sektor pedagang besar dan eceran dengan total mencapai 16,39% dari 62,9 juta UKM. Namun menurut data dari Small Business Association, faktanya 9 dari 10 usaha gagal. Setelah melakukan wawancara dengan Laksamana selaku brand consultant dan Gromyko sebagai pemilik F&B, permasalahan yang kerap kali dihadapi dan menentukan keberlanjutan usaha F&B adalah persoalan branding. Maka dari itu, penulis merancang platform edukasi panduan Branding berbentuk website yang dapat membantu pelaku usaha F&B untuk menguatkan brand nya dan meningkatkan daya kompetitif di lautan kompetitor.
