Abstract
Persaingan dunia bisnis digital di Indonesia membuat perusahaan e-commerce melakukan strategi dengan meningkatkan fitur aplikasi untuk menjadi e-commerce yang unggul. Salah satunya adalah dengan mengadakan fitur social commerce berbasis live streaming untuk kegiatan pemasaran guna mencapai tujuan bisnis. Laporan magang ini berisi tentang "Aktivitas User Generated Content Planning Pada Divisi Live Stream (Shopee Live) PT Shopee International Indonesia". Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kegiatan yang telah dilakukan selama praktik kerja magang di PT Shopee International Indonesia yang berlangsung selama 60 hari sebagai UGC Content Planner . Simpulan dari praktik kerja magang ini menunjukan bahwa proses content planning dalam live streaming harus disesuaikan dengan target penonton. Selain itu, Content planning dalam PT Shopee International Indonesia sudah mengimplementasi konsep `Achieve-be'do' dan juga pendekatan Content based approach serta Relationship based approach.
