Abstract

Manajemen Kebersihan Menstruasi merupakan sebuah praktek yang masih minim dilakukan di Indonesia. Fenomena ini disebabkan kurangnya informasi serta misinformasi pada masyarakat. Hal-hal tersebut dapat mengakibatkan terbatasnya ruang gerak dan praktek yang tidak higienis sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan organ reproduksi serta membuat remaja tidak siap dalam menghadapi menstruasi. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, penulis merancang buku mengenai menstruasi dan cara menjaga kebersihan diri selama menstruasi yang ditargetkan kepada remaja Jabodetabek usia 14-20 tahun yang mengalami menstruasi.
