Abstract

Sistem rekomendasi adalah sebuah aplikasi yang menggunakan pengetahuan untuk membantu pengguna mengambil keputusan. Salah satu cara untuk memberikan rekomendasi adalah mencocokkan deskripsi item dengan profil pengguna. Namun terkadang rekomendasi yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan selera pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Item-based Collaborative Filtering dan Ontologi Movie. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa Item-based Collaborative Filtering berhasil memberikan rekomendasi yang lebih baik tanpa mengetahui profil pengguna serta mengurangi tingkat kesalahan prediksi hingga 0.62 rating. Aplikasi ini diimplementasikan dengan Ontologi Movie untuk memberikan informasi film yang terinci pada situs rekomendasi film.
