Abstract

Komunikasi pemasaran merupakan salah satu hal penting dalam suatu perusahaan karena hubungan yang terjalin dengan target audiensnya akan memudahkan perusahaan tersebut dalam mencapai tujuannya. Tidak hanya perusahaan korporat, komunikasi pemasaran juga dibutuhkan pada perusahaan yang bergerak di industri media, salah satunya adalah Kompas.com. Dalam menjalankan perannya, divisi Marketing Communication pada Kompas.com hanya menggunakan beberapa strategi komunikasi pemasaran, yaitu brand activation atau event, advertising atau iklan, dan juga sponsorship karena sesuai dengan produk yang disediakan serta target audiensnya. Melalui praktik kerja magang, penulis dapat menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan serta terlibat langsung dalam aktivitas komunuikasi pemasaran pada industri media serta mengimplementasikan konsep-konsep praktis komunikasi pemasaran yang sudah dipelajari sebelumnya di kampus.
