Abstract
Era 4.0 membuat e-commerce berkembang sangat pesat. Hadirnya marketplace mempermudah kegiatan jual beli secara online. Sebagai e-commerce penyedia website yang membantu toko berjualan, SIRCLO harus terus melakukan inovasi khususnya dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Berbagai upaya yang dilakukan user success dalam melakukan identify, differentiate, interact, dan costumize (Peppers & Rogers, 2016), guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan pelanggan. Bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah aktivitas partnership, on-boarding, follow up issues, menulis newsletter, video perkenalan brand, dan project antardivisi, sehingga terbentuk loyalitas pelanggan. Aktivitas ini juga dapat membuka peluang bagi pelanggan baru SIRCLO.
