With the entry of this digital era, all the activities facilitated with the presence of a interlinked system to one another. Interconnected system in addition to ease the work may also reduce the costs. Banking was not immune from the dependence on the system. For example is the system to open a new branch office. The opening of a new branch office is the beginning of the formation process of a new office in the area that may not have an office to serve the consumer banking. In the current study, the method used is a Waterfall which is part of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The method’s used because it is the easiest method to use in the system design process. This study aims to facilitate the process of opening a new branch office. In addition to the interlinked system it will show the performance between divisions. Hopefully with this system, the flow of the opening of a new branch office at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri will become more controlled and timely. This system has not been affiliated in the system of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri yet, but if the system is running normally and without any problem it will be converted to merged with systems that have been running before.
