Abstract

Grey Group Indonesia adalah salah satu agency multinasional yang sudah sejak lama bergerak dalam bidang periklanan. Grey berdiri pada tahun 1917 di New York, Amerika Serikat dan didirikan oleh Lawrence Valenstein dan Arthur C. Fatt. Di Indonesia, Grey berdiri di bawah nama akte PT. Rama Perwira. Grey Group Indonesia memberikan beberapa pelayanan berupa advertising, direct marketing, public relations, public affairs, brand development, customer relationship management, sales promotion, dan interactive marketing. Dalam masa praktik kerja magang ini, peserta kerja magang dituntut untuk mengasah kemampuan yang harus dimiliki profesi Account Executive, khususnya dalam bidang account services. Aktivitas praktik kerja magang ini juga dapat mengasah keterampilan pendukung yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja seperti kemampuan pengambilan keputusan, negosiasi, ketelitian, mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, berpikir kreatif, kemampuan manajemen konflik, kemampuan bekerja di bawah tekanan, dan kemampuan bekerja sama dalam tim.
