Abstract

Selama melakukan praktik kerja magang di PT Multitrend Indo (Kanmo Group) selama 3 bulan, penulis ditempatkan di bagian divisi Marketing Communication Brand Management Mothercare. Penulis ditugaskan untuk membantu meng-implementasikan aktivitas Marketing Communication. Aktivitas marketing communication yang dilakukan oleh Mothercare mencakup : sales promotion campaign yang di dalamnya terdapat aktivitas advertising dan social media marketing. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa perusahaan di sektor fashion ritel, khususnya untuk brand dengan positioning yang sudah cukup dikenal, membutuhkan peranan marketing communication untuk membantu menghubungkan serta memberikan pesan perusasif kepada konsumen agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai.
