Abstract

CV. Yamaha Samba Motor adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang otomotif yang beroperasi sejak 23 Maret 2009. CV. Yamaha Samba Motor memberikan jasa perbaikan dan juga menjual produk perbaikan / spare parts untuk memperbaiki kendaraan roda dua para pelanggannya. Saat ini CV. Yamaha Samba Motor sedang menggunakan program baru untuk mempermudah pelayanan kepada pelanggannya baik dalam pendataan dan juga riwayat perbaikan dari antara bengkel lainnya dan program ini digunakan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas jalannya bisnis ini. Hal ini juga meringankan beban biaya dalam berbagai aspek yang berhubungan dengan bisnis tersebut dan para pelanggan dapat merasakan efisiensi dan efektifitas dari teknoogi tersebut pada zaman sekarang.
