Abstract

Pembelajaran asinkron adalah salah satu metode pembelajaran yang digunakan di Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN). Didalam pembelajaran asinkron terdapat konten berupa video yang berguna sebagai media pembelajaran untuk mahasiswa. Pembuatan video asinkron dilakukan oleh Biro Pengembangan Pembelajaran (BPP) UMN. Pada masa pandemi, BPP UMN tidak mendatangkan semua karyawannya ke kantor (work from home) sehingga sistem untuk monitor diperlukan untuk memantau proses kerja dari pembuatan video asinkron. Pengecekan data oleh sistem juga diperlukan untuk dapat mempermudah mengetahui sudah sejauh mana proses pengerjaan sudah berjalan. Maka dari itu peranan sistem Content Development Management System (CDMS) akan digunakan untuk membantu memonitor karyawan dan persebaran data. Sistem CDMS mengimplementasi metode ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) yang merupakan metode pembuatan pelatihan didalam proses kerja dari sistemnya. Implementasi metode ADDIE pada sistem CDMS berhasil dirancang dan dibangun menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) serta diuji oleh karyawan BPP UMN. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan USE Questionnaire dan dihitung tingkat penerimaannya dengan skala Likert. Hasil dari pengujian mendapatkan 90% pada usefulness, 88% pada ease of use, 90.6% pada ease of learning, dan 85.3% pada satisfaction.
