Abstract

Perkembangan zaman saat ini begitu cepat begitu banyak Aksara Nusantara yang tergantikan oleh huruf latin. Salah satunya adalah Aksara Dunging. Aksara Dunging merupakan Aksara yang dikenal oleh masyarakat Iban. Sangat disayangkan Aksara tersebut sempat menghilang ditelan zaman. Dikarenakan Indonesia dikenal dengan pelestarian kebudayaan daerah yang melimpah. Penulis merasa terdorong untuk ikut melestarikan Aksara yang sempat menghilang. Dengan melakukan perancangan huruf latin yang diadaptasi dari Aksara Dunging. Guna untuk melestarikan karakteristik Aksara Dunging pada media komunikasi modern sehingga tidak tertinggal oleh perkembangan zaman.
