Abstract

Industri pendidikan merupakan salah satu dari industri yang sangat terdampak akibat virus Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) atau dengan nama penyakit Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) yang merebak di seluruh dunia pada awal tahun 2020. Salah satu cara untuk mengantisipasi penyebaran adalah dengan diberlakukannya online learning. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan membahas pengaruh online learning perceptions dan online learning readiness terhadap online course satisfaction agar pembelajaran tetap efektif selama pandemi Covid-19 berlangsung. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan metode non- probability sampling. Melalui teknik convenience sampling, pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada mahasiswa yang mengalami online learning di pulau Jawa. Selanjutnya, data yang sudah terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari online learning perceptions terhadap online learning readiness, dan online learning perceptions terhadap online course satisfaction. Oleh karena itu, perguruan tinggi sebaiknya memperhatikan aspek online learning perceptions untuk meningkatkan online learning readiness dan online course satisfaction.
