Abstract
Perkembangan zaman modern membawa manusia untuk berinovasi terhadap berbagai hal baru. Inovasi-inovasi ini menciptakan serangkaian teknologi yang membuat manusia lebih mudah untuk mendapatkan hiburan serta informasi. Video 360' menjadi salah satu inovasi baru yang menjadi bagian dari immersive journalism, yaitu sebuah bentuk jurnalisme yang penggunanya dapat seakan merasakan secara langsung informasi apa yang ditawarkan oleh produsen. Video 360' membawa beberapa karakteristik baru, tetapi tidak meninggalkan karakteristik teknologi pendahulunya. Untuk memahami karakteristik video 360', penelitian ini menganalisa video 360' melalui pengalaman pengguna dengan focus group discussion yang dipandu dengan empat prinsip Mediamorfosis, yaitu coevolution and coexistence, propagation, survival, dan opportunity and need. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus.
