Abstract
Culinary in Jakarta has many categories and varieties, many residents in Jakarta find it difficult to find food, this can provide Information Overload, which means that users are processing a lot of information directly. , service and food of the restaurant. From the problems that have been described, therefore it is designed and built a decision support program for culinary selection. The dataset that will be used for research is obtained from the Zomato and Traveloka Eats websites in the form of prices, food, service and atmosphere which are used as criteria for the decision support system. Based on the research that has been done, the design of the development of a culinary decision support system (SPK) in DKI Jakarta using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method has been successfully carried out. The AHP method has the advantage that there is a pairwise comparison for each predetermined criterion so that in each predetermined criterion it has a weight value of importance in each existing criterion, while the TOPSIS method has the advantage of sorting the solutions from the most ideal. in accordance with existing needs and problems. The testing method is carried out using the USE Questionnaire, this method is a method to measure the subjective usefulness of a product or service. Testing is done by filling out the USE Questionnaire. The percentage results obtained based on the research are 88.8% or it can also be said to be very good.
