Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Reward System terhadap Work Performance dan dampaknya terhadap Work Satisfaction pada pengemudi motor Gojek yang hanya berada di wilayah Tangerang saja. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 130 orang responden dengan metode yang digunakan adalah judmental sampling. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni descriptive research. Pada uji pre-test hanya 30 orang responden pertama yang digunakan dengan alat uji menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Sedangkan, uji main-test menggunakan AMOS versi 23. Untuk hasil uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Reward System terhadap Work Performance, hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Reward System terhadap Work Satisfaction, serta hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Work Performance terhadap Work Satisfaction.
