Pengaplikasian Teori Value Proposition dalam Pengembangan Bisnis Ludioz.

Abstract
Ludioz is an Indonesian tournament peer to peer platform where anyone
can create and participate in esports tournaments. Ludioz's business model is a
marketplace available on a website. In short, Ludioz can be said to be a middleman
between individuals/groups who want to create an esports tournament (supply) and
esports gamers who want to take part in an esports tournament (demand).
Using the value proposition canvas, Ludioz mapped some of the problems
facing esports gamers and esports unofficial tournament organizers and identified
the need to solve these problems. These needs include escrow accounts, multipayment
channels, automation of data processing, and partner selection & training.
If both of these problems have been resolved and Ludioz has significant users, then
an automatic source of income will emerge, namely sponsorship. Companies will
offer partnerships to promote their products at Ludioz tournaments.
Ludioz's Revenue Stream comes from transaction/commission fees,
sponsorship/promotion fees, and financial interest on deposited funds. Ludioz's
strategy for entering the market is to use community and social media advertising.
Massive marketing will be carried out using different channels or approaches at
each stage of the customer journey. Currently, 2,000 players have competed in
tournaments in Ludioz, 2 companies have provided sponsorships, and 1 organizer
that organizes tournaments in Ludioz.
