Abstract
Penulis melakukan praktek kerja magang Divisi Human Capital khususnya di bagian Recruitment and Selection yang berfokus pada keseluruhan proses internal dan eksternal Recruitment and Selection perusahaan PT Wellcomm Ritelindo Pratama. Mahasiswi melakukan praktek kerja magang waktu kurang lebih 3 bulan kerja di PT Wellcomm Ritelindo Pratama. Selama mahasiswi melakukan praktek kerja magang yang berlangsung, penulis diberikan kesempatan langsung oleh Perusahaan untuk melakukan pekerjaan di bagian Recruitment and Selection yang berjalan di PT Wellcomm Ritelindo Pratama. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan praktek kerja magang adalah mahasiswi dapat mengaplikasikan dan mengimplementasikan teori yang sudah didapatkan dare pembelajaran di universitas ke dalam pembelajaran di dunia kerja nyata. Selain itu, dapat menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan tentang proses rekrutmen dan seleksi di sebuah perusahaan berdasarkan kriteria yang tepat yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan. Laporan kerja magang ini membahas mengenai Proses Pelaksanaan Recruitment and Selection Karyawan di PT Wellcomm Ritelindo Pratama, Tangerang Selatan.
