Nugraha Derahim, Jason (2021) Penelitian Strategi Pemasaran Digital Organisasi Kemanusiaan dengan Rekomendasi Wireframe: Studi Kasus pada Seven Continent Council. Bachelor Thesis thesis, Universitas Multimedia Nusantara.
Abstract
Seven Continents council was a project that Stephanie Woollard has developed. An analysis of Seven Continents Council (SCC) was conducted to help Stephanie increase audience engagement and reach through marketing strategies for SCC. Numerous methodologies were used during the organisation analysis. Such methods included 3C’s study, which encompassed the SWOT analysis findings, Persona and Competitive Positioning Map. Furthermore, primary data such as client interviews and Social Media monitoring were used during the analysis and secondary data, which consisted of website analytics and references. The findings from the analysis concluded that SCC needed to have more audience interactions and have both a consistent brand image and more consistent content creation. Additionally, podcast manuals and documentary launch manuals were created to accompany the content creation process. Furthermore, the SCC wireframes were designed to make the current website more engaging and reduce bounce rates. Balsamiq Mockup software was used to create the wireframes. Finally, phased implementation was recommended to assist in the changeover from the old system to the new system of running the marketing for SCC.
