Abstract
Competition in the world of industri and business today can be said to be tighter and quite competitive to meet the increasing needs of consumers and the search for consumer ability and intelligence in determining the product to be selected. Therefore, each company will try its best to innovate and improve quality, effectiveness, productivity, service so that it can become a superior company and can survive in the market. Besides that, the importance of awareness of all parties to create quality, fast and cheap products or services This basic principle is then a concept, namely Supply Chain Quality Management. In this study, the authors aimed to examine whether there is an effect of supply chain quality management practices and capabilities on operational performance and innovation. The Research will be conducted on PT. Dua Putra Perkasa (DPP). The research conducted by the author is a quantitative study with 75 respondents. For research examiners, the author uses the SmartPLS version 3.0 software. This study aims to look at the practices and capabilities of supply chain quality management on operational performance and innovation. Companies can also see other suggestions by the author for this final research.
