Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh entrepreneurial family background, subjective norms, dominance, perceived behavioural control dan attitude toward entrepreneurship terhadap entrepreneurial intention dengan menggunakan acuan 4 universitas swasta yang berada di Tangerang Selatan yaitu Universitas Multimedia Nusantara, Universitas Bina Nusantara, Prasetya Mulya dan Universitas Pelita Harapan. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuisioner secara online menggunakan google form dengan target sampel sebesar 116 sampel. Dalam pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan dibantu software SmartPLS 3.0. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa entrepreneurial family background memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap attitude toward entrepreneurship dan entrepreneurial intention. Selain itu subjective norms dan attitude toward entrepreneurship memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial intention.
