Abstract

The internship was conducted at PT Metropolitan Kentjana Tbk in Accounting division. During the internship, the tasks performed were journalizing and inputting purchase transactions, cash receipts, petty cash transactions, and interest income; recapitulation of VAT in, inputting fixed assets transactions, PPh 23, and purchase request and also prepairing bank reconciliation. During the internship, most of the tasks could be executed properly. Although there were some constraint found, for examples system error when inputting the voucher. That constraint can be solved by refreshing the program and contacting IT. The others constraint was some item code for purchase transaction not yet registered in the program IFCA so the transaction can not be inputed. That constraint can be solved by contacting staff accounting
