Abstract

The internship was conducted at Wahyu Abadi in finance and accounting division. During the internship, the task performed were make recapitulation for PPh Pasal 21, 23, 4 ayat (2), witholding tax slip for PPh Pasal 23 and 4 ayat (2), and down payment to pay the supplier, Inputting withholding tax slip for PPh Pasal 23 into E-Bupot, and make journal and account code for cash disbursement. There are problems in the work perfomed, such as the server of E-Bupot website has errors repeately, data customer/vendor is incomplete (for example there is no NPWP, address,etc), and there are copies of documents unclearly written, so it can’t be read clearly. The solution to the problem is wait for the server to return to normal and do the other tasks so that time is not wasted, asking for incomplete data to supervisior, and recopy the original document so that it can be seen clearly.
