Abstract

The writer has a target for industrial placement program in UMN Dormitory is to increase the knowledge and also the skill of the student in housekeeping department training program. This industrial placement programs began from 7th July 2020 – 23nd October 2020. This program is important because student can learn and get a big experience in a real hotel industry and also in housekeeping department. the writer hope this report can give the detail of information about what activity are performed by the writer within almost 5 month at UMN Dormitory, the report also give information about the job description and also the SOP in the UMN Dormitory during the industrial placement program.
