Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an activity that is useful for adding and improving students' knowledge, skills, and experiences and to obtain the profit of the business. Valoumade is a sole proprietorship business, sells modified Italian food for Indonesians. This business is located in Perumahan Dasana Indah among the shophouses. Women and men from two years old to adult are the target market. Products sold are Spaghetti Brulee at a price of Rp25.137,00/200 grams, Valoumade Special Pesto at Rp29.683,00/100 grams, and a gift that is containing Spaghetti Brulee and Valoumade Special Pesto called Valoumade Special Package. In prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness, this product using vacuum bag to extend the life of food. Both products will be distributed through some marketplaces and minimarket. This strategy has possibility to increase the number of consumers with a minimum target of 8% per month. Besides, Valoumade will use endorsement, advertisement, and other methods from low to free cost so that it can minimize the capital needs which can be used to provide other essential things since the total investment from this business achieved Rp4.721.500,00. By selling the main menu, namely Spaghetti Brulee for nine pieces or sales of Rp215.620,08, Valoumade is expected to reach a Break-Even Point.
