Abstract
Sweetsbit is a home patisserie business that is engaged in the food industry. This start-up business offers sweet rolls product with several filling varieties that are specially made using zero calories sweetener and brown sugar instead of white sugar. In general, the most famous sweet roll product is the one with cinnamon filling, commonly known as “Cinnamon Roll”. With the aim to fullfill the need of customers who want to enjoy sweet roll product but do not like the taste of cinnamon filling, Sweetsbit brings out sweet rolls products with several other variants such as Pandan Klepon, Double Chocolate, and also Garlic Butter. This business was established in the Tangerang area. Each of Sweetsbit’s product is made directly on the same day when the product is delivered to the customer, this makes product quality guaranteed so that the delivery distance covers the area around JaBoDeTaBek. The primary target market of the company is customers who reside in the JaBoDeTaBek area. The customers range from all gender, including male and female customers from age 15 to 30. The price of products ranges from Rp.75.000 to Rp.90.000 depends on the products' filling variety. In each day, the sales target of Sweetsbit is around 31 unit products. In one month, the profit earned is around IDR 47,642,040. This nominal is obtained from the calculation between the total monthly income minus the total capital per month.
