Abstract
Liga Arloji adalah sebuah toko jam yang sudah memiliki 4 cabang yaitu Cibinong City Mall (Bogor, Jawa Barat), Pancoran Chinatown Point (Pinangsia, Jakarta Barat) dan Plaza Atrium (Senen, Jakarta Pusat). Liga Arloji memiliki beberapa jam branded yang sangat dikenal oleh masyarakat. Salah satu merk favorit yang kebanyakan orang-orang beli di Liga Arloji yaitu Alfa, Alba, Armiforce, Balmer, Brandli, Certina, Casio, Commando, Crocodile, D-Ziner dan Daniel Klein. Liga Arloji memiliki ecommerce seperti lazada, tokopedia, blibli, Instagram dan Whatsapp. Keberadaan e- commerce tanpa usaha yang baik dalam mengkomunikasikannya kepada konsumen, menjadikan e-commerce Liga Arloji kurang begitu dilirik oleh konsumen, dibutuhkan usaha lebih agar masyarakat mau mampir dan membeli produknya. Metode yang digunakan oleh Penulis menggunakan wawancara, observasi, kuesioner dan analisis data. Hasil perancangan promosi ini diharapkan Liga Arloji dapat dijangkau oleh masyarakat luas yang berminat memiliki jam tangan berkualitas, original dan terjangkau..
