Abstract

Banyak variasi mechanical keyboard yang beredar di pasaran yang memiliki banyak fitur yang bervariasi dengan rentang harga yang berbeda pada setiap produknya. Hal ini membuat pembeli menjadi kebingungan untuk membeli mechanical keyboard apa yang paling sesuai dengan preferensinya. Maka dirancanglah sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan keyboard dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode SAW mencari alternatif paling optimal dari beberapa alternatif dengan kriteria yang ada. Beberapa uji skenario telah dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa perhitungan yang dilakukan oleh sistem sesuai dengan perhitungan secara manual. Untuk memastikan keberhasilan pembangunan sistem, dilakukannya uji kepuasan pengguna dengan metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) yang mendapatkan hasil persentase kesuksesan sebesar 87,78%.
