Abstract

Viral marketing adalah teknik pemasaran menggunakan media sosial yang sudah ada untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan atau awareness terhadap suatu produk. Alasan penulis menggunakan viral marketing karena dapat diandalkan dan diukur. Dalam melakukan viral marketing film Scripted, penulis menggunakan media sosial Facebook dan YouTube. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hasil viral marketing yang dilakukan. Sesuai dengan rumusan masalah laporan Tugas Akhir ini yaitu bagaimana penulis menganalisis viral marketing dalam meningkatkan awareness film Scripted melalui Facebook dan YouTube. Metode penelitian yang penulis lakukan bersifat kuantitatif. Viral marketing film Scripted menghasilkan data yang dapat diukur menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Data yang telah diukur menunjukkan bahwa viral marketing berhasil dilakukan.
