Abstract

The Ferntree Gully Village Traders are a not-for-profit organization that is run by local traders serving as volunteers. The organization is based in one of the oldest communities in the Knox City area. It wants to start mainly focusing on creating a proper and functional website to showcase the community and the traders, with the hopes of increasing online foot traffic. In addition, having a 1-to-3-year marketing strategy that can be followed to help grow the association n in the future. Group 20 was given the task to research the whole branding of the association, creating a new modernized look for the website, color schemes, and logo. Group 20 developed the website using one main platform which was WordPress and utilizing a total of 6 plugins that were available through WordPress. The task was approached through an Agile Development which was implemented for the benefit of the project. To conclude, a fully functional website based on the goal to showcase the traders within Ferntree Gully Village Traders and allow the association to increase online traffic and recognition through the website.
