Abstract

PT. SISN (PT. Software Information System Nusantara) merupakan perusahaan yang memiliki fokus pada bidang otomatisasi server dan menejemen teknologi informasi dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak BMC. Perusahaan masih memiliki masalah dalam melakukan integrasi atau penyesuain terhadap system perusahaan pelanggan sehingga tujuan perusahaan sulit untuk dicapai. Penulisan penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara yang kemudian hasilnya akan di audit dengan tujuan untuk mencari tahu tingkat kapabilitas pada PT. SISN. Dengan melakukan evaluasi melalui domain proses COBIT 5 yang sudah dipilih yaitu EDM01, EDM02, APO02, APO08, dan BAI02. Tingkat kapabilitas yang sudah didaptkan melalui perhitungan dokumen audit adalah performed process (tingkat satu), sehingga memerlukan perbaikan supaya dapat ditingkatkan ke tingkat selanjutnya
