Abstract

Penilaian kapabilitas dilakukan untuk mengetahui kapabilitas PT Fiture Teknologi Inovasi dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk perkembangan perusahaan kedepanya. Framework COBIT 5 dipilih karena dapat disesuaiakan dengan kebutuhan perusahaan dan setara dengan framework berskala internasional lainya. Penilaian kapabilitas menggunakan 3 domain yaitu APO08 Manage relationship, APO12 Risk management dan BAI02 Manage Requirements Definition. Ketiga domain ini dipilih dengan metode cascade goals COBIT 5 berdasarkan tujuan, visi dan misi PT Fiture Teknologi Inovasi. Target kapabilitas perusahaan ada pada level 3 estabilised. Hasil penilaian kapabilitas pada domain APO08 dan APO12 pada level 1 (perfomed) adalah fully achieved dan pada level 2 (managed) adalah largely achieved. Hasil domain BAI02 pada level 1 adalah largely achiveved. Hasil penilaian dijadikan acuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi untuk membuat key performance indicator, mengupdate memorandum of understanding dan membenahi humman resource.
