Abstract

Dalam pembuatan video iklan, perusahaan rumah produksi umumnya mengikuti pitching untuk menawarkan konsep kreatif sesuai objektif klien. Apabila rumah produksi terpilih oleh klien untuk mengeksekusi konsep tersebut, maka rumah produksi tersebut akan lanjut ke tahap preproduction, yaitu tahap persiapan menuju syuting. Dalam proyek iklan HUT RI ke-76 BTN, Ganeshaidea harus berhadapan dengan durasi persiapan pitching dan preproduction yang sangat singkat dikarenakan permintaan klien yang bersifat mendesak. Namun, Ganeshaidea mampu mengantisipasi hal tersebut dengan memanfaatkan database perusahaannya. Penulis memiliki hipotesis bahwa database talent dan lokasi yang dimiliki oleh Ganeshaidea menjadi pendukung utama dalam proses persiapan. Walaupun demikian, penulis menemukan bahwa database kru outsource justru menjadi kunci utama dalam memudahkan persiapan pitching dan preproduction.
