Abstract

Dalam bidang digital marketing, sangat penting bagi para pelaku usaha untuk memasarkan produk atau jasanya. Terutama di masa pandemi Covid-19, hampir seluruh kegiatan sehari-hari bergantung pada media digital, seperti bekerja dan berbelanja produk harian. Saat ini pemasaran produk atau jasa lebih mudah dilakukan melalui media sosial atau platform digital, terutama konten video. Melalui konten video, pemasaran sebuah brand atau produk menjadi jauh lebih efektif. Karena itu, penulis tertarik untuk melaksanakan kerja magang di United Creative sebagai video editor. Penulis mendapat banyak pengalaman, seperti meningkatkan skill editing, bekerja dengan orang-orang baru, beradaptasi dengan lingkungan dan rekan kerja, serta meningkatkan kemampuan time management dan work-life balance. Oleh karena itu, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa praktik kerja magang ini sangat bermanfaat untuk memasuki dunia kerja.
