Abstract

Penggunaan dari financial technology memberikan pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam kehidupan manusia. Salah satu financial technology yang sedang mengalami promosi besar-besaran adalah bank digital. Namun, dibalik maraknya bank digital, pengguna aktif dari bank digital tidak mencapai 50% dari total pemilik rekeningnya, banyak yang hanya ikut-ikutan mengunduh digital bank, tetapi tidak untuk digunakan sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin meneliti bagaimana perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, trust, convenience, dan attitude towards the service dapat mempengaruhi continuance intention to use digital bank di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada generasi milenial pengguna bank digital dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) sebagai model dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara perceived ease of use terhadap perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use terhadap attitude towards the service, trust terhadap attitude towards the service, convenience dan attitude towards the service terhadap continuance intention to use. Namun, tidak terdapat hubungan antara perceived usefulness terhadap attitude towards the service dan continuance intention to use, perceived risk terhadap attitude towards the service, dan antara trust terhadap perceived risk.
