Abstract

The internship was conducted at PT. Warnaprima Kimiatama in Accounting & Tax department. During the internship the task that were done are verifying the supporting document of bank payment transaction,sales transaction, and costing transaction; matching the supporting document of bank payment with the voucher of the bank payment and matching the voucher with the GL; matching the supporting document of cash payment with the voucher, the voucher with the cash payment recapitulation, the recapitulation with the voucher by the office, and the voucher with the GL; attaching the completely delivery order; recounting the delivery cost; arranging and filing the bank payment transaction documents,sales transaction documents, and cash payment transaction document; matching the financial report such as Statement of Financial Posisition, Income Statement, etc. Reconciling the financial statement with the fiscal financial statement; and searching the differences of account in financial statement. During the intership, most of the task could be executed properly. There were some constraint found for examples, uncompletely sales document. In order to resolve the above-mentioned constraint, the solution were to telling the staff and asking for the document.
