Abstract

The internship was conduted at KKP Edy Gunawan as junior tax consultant under the guidance from Mr. Edy Gunawan and Mrs. Lilis Sukianto. Several companies handled during the intership were PT. ABC, PT. DEF, PT. GHI, JKL, LTD, CV. MNO, PT. PQR, PT. STU, PT. YZA, PT. LKJ, PT. ONM, PT. RQP, and PT. UTS. Tasks perfomed were checking and recording the completeness of tax data, BPJS, BKPM, and rent certificate; classifying and inputting tangible assets; matching VAT in and VAT out with tax invoice; matching recapitulation of tax data; matching export tax with tax invoice; inputting bank statement into Microsoft Excel; matching Receipt Payment of Income Tax Article 25 with recapitulation Income Tax Article 25; creating e-fin; inputting employee salary into Microsoft Excel; recapitulating Income Tax Article 4 paragraph (2) on Omzet; inputting purchase and sales transaction into Microsoft Excel; creating transfer pricing document; and recapitulating certificates. During the internship, most of the tasks can be executed properly. There are some constraints found, such as incomplete Center VAT, Income Tax Article 25, Income Tax Article 21, and Annual Tax Report; difficulties in determing tangible assets classification; and incomplete data of transfer pricing document. The constraints were all resolved by the help and coordination with the staff and client.
