Abstract

The internship was conducted at PT. Sure Indonesia in Accounting & Tax department. During the internship the task that were done are sorting and classifying documents, preparing receipts journal, preparing advance payment journal, preparing disbursements journal, checking bank recapitulation, preparing invoice recapitulation, preparing e-SPT tax art 21, tax art 4(2), and tax art 23/26, and preparing e-billing code. During the intership, most of the task can be executed properly. There were some constraint found for examples, while preparing receipts and disbursements journal, difficult classified type of transaction. In order to resolve the abovementioned constraint, the solution were checking the same classification of previous transaction in MYOB system. While preparing e-SPT difficult to identificating normal SPT or revised SPT. In order to resolve the abovementioned constraint, the solution were checking again SPT in the ordner and computer.
