Abstract

The internship was conducted at PT Winnindo Bisnis with the placement as junior accountant in accounting service division. During the internship, the task performed were make journal voucher for sales, purchase, cash receipt & cash payment transaction, recapitulation of inventory, account receivable, sales contract, cash disbursement, and account payable, matching physical journals with evidence, input journal into MYOB, revised recapitulation of account receivable and validation journal with general ledger on MYOB. During the internship, most of the task can be executed properly. Although, there are some incomplete data of transaction evidence, one of them is a nominal on the transaction has begun to fade and difficult to read, also when inputting journal into the MYOB there are some error. At the time of recapitulation, there is some difference between the recapitulation of the inventory and physical journal of the purchase or sale at that month. To solve these problems, junior accountant ask senior to gain explanation and evidence from client about the related transaction, other solution are recheck journal that have been inputted to MYOB, and make sure the completeness of tax invoice and compatibility between the recapitulation with a list of Value at Tax - In before preparing the recapitulation.
