Abstract

The internship was conducted at PT Matahari Department Store Tbk as Finance and Accounting Tax Department. During the internship, the task that were done are document recapitulation, making expenditure list called cash bank, filing document, making a receipt for the submission of witholding tax slip, examine deadline of Certificate of Domicile of Non Resident for Indonesia Witholding Tax (form DGT-I) document, input deductions of income tax art 21, 23, and 26. The other task are preparing the tax book transfer document, making a tax payment slip, and input tax invoice. During the internship, many task are executed properly but there are some constrains, such as the material different between total amount on invoice with amount of COGS which calculate by company (dollar inventory). Other constrain is unmatch coding between bank cash document with coding list. Solution for this constraint was preparing report to tax supervisor and tax manager.
