Abstract

The internship w was conducted at PT. Nambo Motorindo Jaya from Juby 3,2017 until September 29, 2017 in Accounting and Tax Department. Penforming an accounting services started from making a recapinlation of operational expendinure by cash and purchase invoice, inputing purchase, sales, and operational expenditure journal, inputing revenue and expenditure by bank, checking the tax document of Value Added Tax (PPN), and maling a recapitulation of balance sheet and income statement for June to July 2017. All of documents needed were given by the messenger of accounting staff and from the business units. During the internship, most of the tasks can be executed properly. There are some constraints found during the work that preventing the work to be done properly such as trouble on determining the right chart of account for some cost center while creating cash jounal, balance differences between General Ledger and Checking Account of The Company's Bank, and balanc ces differen ences between General Ledger and Form of The Company's Value Added Iax (PPN). The company was expected to improve the information system where they need to update the newest account number and provided the evidence properly.
