Abstract

The internship was conducted at PT. Cipta Retail Prakarsa in Finance Accounting Department. The tasks given during the internship were journaling bank transactions, bank reconciliation, made accrual and actual expense of electricity and telephone, calculate amount of final tax, calculate and journaling PPh article 23 and calculate depreciation expense of all outlet's asset. Also, made SOP of employee advance and made sales report for retail outlets in August. During the internship, most of the task were executed properly. There were some difficulties in the making of sales report and operational procedure standard for employee advance. Another obstacle has found when calculating depreciation expense because the data was quite disordered. Every difficulties are solved by other staff's help in related job except for calculate depreciation expense it solved by made a new format table.
