Abstract

The internship was conducted at PT Desuango Indonesia from July 3r, 2017 until September 28t, 2017 with the place of assignment nt was in tax division. The tasks performed were Filling SPI Masa PPh Alticle 21, Article 23, Article 4 Ayat 2, filling SSE PPh Article 2I and PPh Article 4 Ayat 2, making recapitulation of VAI, Bukti Potong PPh Article 23, asset data, tax amnesty, bank statement, income statement, balance sheet, petty cash, and reporting SPI to tax office (KPP). During the internship, most of the tasks could be executed properly, but there were some constraints found while executing the task. While filling SPT Article 21, Article 23, and Article 4 Ayat 2, corporate database had errors. This constraint was solved by having database maintenance performed by company staff. While filling SSE for Orang Pribadi, there was NPWP with incorrect password. The solution was requiring data about OP and changing the password. While making recapitulation of income statement, balance sheet, and tax annesty, the data provided was incomplete. The solution was asking the staff about data of client and then requesting additional data to client.
