Abstract

The internship was conducted at PT Bilna as a staff finance. During the internship the tasks that were done are reconciliation on journal entries tracking report result, breakdown transaction, reporting of outstanding, looking for transaction bill number, creating a tax invoice cancellation letter, journaling xendit, journaling cash on delivery, updating report, approving on pending approval, collecting and printing documents for Auditor, validating documents, refunding process, creating invoice and sending documents. During the internship, there are some constraint such as breakdown transaction journal entries tracking report result PT MI, approving on pending approval is difference on balance between bill sheet with tax invoice sheet, and documents required by the auditor not found. In order to resolve the above mentioned issues, stafffinance recalculate the amount of balances that exist in the cash receipt recap data with the amount of balances in the journal entries tracking report result, and inform about the other constraint to the senior staff finance.
