Abstract

The internship was conducted at Accounting Clinic in Auditing, Accounting, and Tax division as a staff. During the internship, the tasks given were inputting petty cash, sales, receive payment, purchase, and bank transactions to MYOB, checking the sales' advance payment general ledger, doing stock opname and cash opname, preparing recapitulation of sales and Art.23 evidence of withholding, filling e-SPT Art.21 of tax withholding, and SPT Art.21, making ID e-billing, and checking the sales invoices (transfer transactions) with bank statement. There were some constraints during the internship. The first constraint was the sales' advance payment received consisted of the payment from several sales invoices. The solution for the constraint was adding all invoices balance that were paid in the sales' advance payment transactions. The second constraint was during stock opname there were some stocks that were kept in different storages. The solution was calculating the mumber of items in every storage to get final number for that inventory and giving a mark for the inventory that have already been calculated. The third constraint was during inputting sales to MYOB, there were sales transactions which were not sorted and added by date. The solution was sorting and adding the sales transactions by date manually.
