Abstract

The internship was conducted at PT Winnindo Bisnis with the placement as junior accountant in accounting division. During the intemnship, the task performed were make journal voucher (cash receipt joumnal, cash disbursement joumal, bank receipt and disbursement journal, sales journal and purchase journal), united physical journals with evidence, recapitulated company's inventory, account receivable, sales contract, cash disbursement, and account payable. input journal into MYOB, revised recapitulation of account receivable, and matched journal with general ledger on MYOB. During the intership, most of the task can be executed properly. Although there are some constraints such as some of transaction evidence in a state that is not good so a nominal on the transaction has begun to fade and difficult to read and when inputting journal into the MY'OB there are some error. At the time of recapitulation, there is some difference between the recapitulation of the inventory and physical journal of the purchase or sale at that month. To solve these problems, junior accountant ask senior to inquire to the client about the evidence, journal that had been inputted to MYOB should be checked again, and prior to the recapitulation, make sure there is no tax invoice is lost and can re-check by matching the recapitulation with a list of Value at Tax - In list.
