Abstract

The internship was conducted at Sekretariat Kabinet Republik Indonesia with the placement in Finance Department as finance staff on July 3rd, 201 7 until September Ist, 2017. During the internship the task were done are verified of outstation, input the outstation for print Surat Permintaan Pembayaran (SPP) and Surat Perintah Membayar (SPM), input the transaction of state expenditures to the application Sistem Akuntansi Instansi Berbasis Akrual (SAIBA) and verified the recorded state expenditure transactions with the Daily Transaction Register of SPM KPPN, recapitulated expenditure of petty cash, recapitulation hard copy e-billing of income tax article 21, income tax article 22, income tax article 23, and value-added tax, input the State Revenue Transaction Number (NTPN), and verified and corrected Tax Payment Letter (SSP). During the internship, most of the tasks could be executed properly. There were some obstacles such as, the details of outstation claim and the evidence showed difference amount. To solve the problem, the difference area, got marked with post it and the correct amount was showed. Another problem was the application to input outstation claim could not read the payment process. The outstation claim was reinput to solve the problem. The last problem was the computer error used to and restart the computer was solution for it.
